Getting started
To use this template, you must make one change.
Modifying the template
Required:
Set the channel ID as the Slack channel name where the notification should be posted.
Optional:
Modify the format of the Slack message.
Update the status message posted to the matter after the flow is successfully completed. This is the final action in the flow and acts as a notice on the record in LawVu confirming that the Slack message was successfully sent.
Add a condition that checks if the matter has particular characteristics (e.g., a specific matter type might notify one particular team, or certain completed fields might influence whether or whom the notification is sent to).
