(Optional) Add a status message to that LawVu matter record to confirm that an automation has messaged a Slack channel about the matter creation.
Getting started
To use this template, you must make one change.
Modifying the template
Required:
Set the channel name where the notification message should be posted.
Optional:
Modify the format of the Microsoft Teams message.
Modify the status message posted to that matter. This is the last action in the flow and acts as a notice on the matter in LawVu that the Microsoft Teams message has been sent.
Add a condition that checks if the matter has particular characteristics (e.g. a particular matter type might notify one specific team, or completing certain fields might/might not different people).
